Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 16 ounce(s) lean ground beef
  • 1 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 cup(s) chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cup(s) chili beans
  • 2 cup(s) dark red kidney beans
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup(s) tomato paste
  • 4 floz water
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup(s) Chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sour cream

Directions

  1. In large pan, cook beef, onion, and green pepper until meat is browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in remaining ingredients, except green onion and sour cream. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Garnish with green onion and dollop of sour cream.
