Classic Apple Dressing

Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 8 cup(s) stale bread, shredded
  • 46 ounce(s) applesauce
  • 1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
  • 1 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1 cup(s) raisins
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in large pan. Mixture should be quite moist. Bake in large buttered pan or shallow casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
