Move over lettuce and tomato -- this Indian salad calls for something far more exciting. Cucumbers and tomatoes come to life when combined with all of the other ingredients, including flavorful cumin spices.

  • 1 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 3 cucumbers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 dash(es) salt to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, cumin, paprika and garlic. Add cucumbers and tomatoes; toss and chill before serving.
