Lemony Chicken Salad

Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 20 ounce(s) cooked white chicken
  • 3 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
  • 5 cup(s) cabbage, chopped fine
  • 1/8 cup(s) slivered almonds
  • 1 pkg. instant Top Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor, added dry and broken up
  • 2 green onions, chopped tops
  • 6 teaspoon(s) sugar; for dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper; for dressing
  • 1/2 cup(s) oil; for dressing
  • 1 seasoning mix from Top Ramen soup; for dressing
  • 3 tablespoon(s) lemon juice; for dressing
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt; for dressing

Directions

  1. Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Be sure to add the seasoning mix to the lemon juice before the oil or it will float and be hard to dissolve. Add all the other ingredients, stirring well. Cover and refrigerate overnight so noodles will soften.
