Low-Fat Orange Vinaigrette

Low-Fat Orange Vinaigrette


For 4 people

  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper


Add all ingredients into a small jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake until the ingredients are mixed well. The dressing will keep for up to 1 week in the refrigerate. Shake well before serving.
