Outstanding Chicken Burrito

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onion flakes
  • 4 chicken breast
  • 1 1/8 cup(s) barbecue sauce
  • 5 cup(s) large flour tortillas
  • 2 cup(s) cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a baking pan, combine seasonings and pat the chicken with them to coat. Pour barbecue sauce on top and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until completely cooked through. When chicken is done, set it aside and warm the tortillas. Shred chicken in sauce and mix well. Spread some of the chicken mixture in the middle of each tortilla and sprinkle cheese over the chicken. Roll the tortillas up, top with remaining cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream.
