This is a classic pesto recipe with pine nuts… enjoy!

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 3 cup(s) packed basil leaves
  • 2 large fresh garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup(s) pine nuts
  • 3/4 cup(s) fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 16 tablespoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste

Directions

Combine everything in a blender on low speed. After initial chopping / blending – speed it up to work the pesto into a smooth paste. Add salt to taste.
