Turkey & Walnut Salad In Pita

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 1 floz to 2 oz. milk
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup(s) green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cup(s) turkey, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • 1 Alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 pita breads

Directions

  1. Add milk to cream cheese; mix until creamy. Add remaining ingredients except sprouts. Cut pita bread into halves or quarters and add filling. Top generously with the alfalfa sprouts.
