Veggie Pita Bread

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon(s) grated ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 6 ounce(s) frozen or fresh pea pods
  • 1/4 ounce(s) chopped green onions
  • 1 cup(s) bean sprout
  • 1/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) water chestnuts, sliced

Directions

  1. Make a dressing out of first 5 ingredients. Toss pea pods, onion, and bean sprouts with dressing. Chill overnight. Immediately before serving, add celery, water chestnuts and toss.
