You know that you love him, but sometimes it's hard to know when he reciprocates the feeling. But in love, you give what you get, so when you start thinking that perhaps he doesn't feel as strongly about you as you do him, take matters into your own hands. We're not talking about trying to change him or his feelings - because those efforts don't work and only lead to resentment. But if you want to take your relationship to the next level, then you have to help him realize how great you are and how much he needs and wants your companionship and respect - and to give it in return. Sincerely celebrating his achievements and positive character qualities is one way of doing that. We're not talking about fawning over him disingenuously; we're talking about acknowledging the wonderful things about him, such as his success in the workplace or the loving way he holds you in bed.
Another way to make him fall for you is to make him feel like a superhero. Ask - don't nag - him to help with fixing things around the house or ask his opinion about his favorite sport. Remind him that you two are meant to be together by thinking one step ahead of him in subtle ways. Keep that odd flavor of ice cream that he loves in the freezer for when he comes over, or take care of him when he's sick. Making him comfortable will make him more apt to adore you and the efforts you make for him.
