Chop onion and garlic and cook in oil. Add spices and cook until fragrant; add chick peas and tomato sauce, 1 1/2 c. water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Serve over rice with lowfat plain yogurt as garnish.
