Shrimp Scampi Pasta
This classic shrimp dish is a perennial favorite. Easy to make and a perfect dish to serve at a dinner party. Don't be a shrimp, scampi your way to the kitchen and give it a try!
Ingredients
For 1 people
- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) clarified butter
- 6 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
- 2 floz white wine
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) basil
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1/2 fresh lemon
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
- 1 parsley
- 1 Tomatoes
Directions
Heat olive oil and butter. Add shrimp and garlic. Simmer.
Add wine, then basil and oregano. Simmer.
Add juice of lemon, salt and pepper.
Serve over pasta. Garnish with parsley and tomatoes.
Double up on the olive oil and omit the butter if you wish.
