Ingredients

1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2minced garlic cloves
48 ounce(s) coarsely ground beef chuck
2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1 teaspoon(s) salt
4 floz Bacardi dark rum
6 ounce(s) tomato paste
48 ounce(s) kidney beans (16 oz. each), drained
Directions
Heat oil in 8-quart pot. Lightly saut onions, garlic. Add meat. Break up and stir until color changes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add seasoning to taste.
