Swiss chard doesn't have to be bitter. This creamy side dish has a rich and somewhat sweet flavor that will leave your guests begging for more.

Simmer the chopped chard. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in the oil. Lower the heat, add the chard, the cream cheese and the seasonings and stir until the cream cheese melts. Turn the mixture into a microwaveable - or ovenproof dish and top with the Parmesan cheese. Heat in microwave until cheese melts and serve.
