Crunch and munch of this cornflake-coated French toast. It's every bit as good as its soft and moist counterpart. In fact, the crunch gives it a bigger punch. Of course, you'll want to top with syrup.

Ingredients
For 4 people
2 cup(s) Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
2 cup(s) milk
2eggs
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
8slices stale bread
1maple syrup
Directions
Place corn flake crumbs in a shallow dish and set aside.
Combine milk, eggs, sugar and cinnamon in a medium size bowl and dip bread into mixture coating both sides well the dip into corn flake crumbs.
Grill or fry in a pan coated with cooking spray, cook bread on medium heat until both sides are golden brown, turning once. Serve hot with maple syrup.
