This tasty, hearty soup has the tingle of a dash of hot pepper sauce, to warm up your body. The blend of vegetables makes it a healthy meal for the whole family.
For 8 people
1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook onion, zucchini and garlic in oil for three minutes, until onion is transparent. Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, sugar, Italian seasoning, wine and pepper sauce and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low and add corn and Parmesan. Simmer 30 minutes.
3. Add tortellini and simmer for 10 minutes, until pasta is tender.
