Ingredients
For 1 people
1pkg. bread dough
2 cup(s) low salt part skim ricotta cheese
4 tablespoon(s) parsley flakes
1 tablespoon(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon(s) oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1 dash(es) salt
1/4 cup(s) low cholesterol egg substitute
1 cup(s) mushrooms for garnish
1green peppers for garnish
1tomato for garnish
1onions for garnish
1 cup(s) lettuce for garnish
1/2 cup(s) part skim Mozzarella or no salt Mozzarella, for garnish
Directions
Cut a 6-7 oz. piece of bread dough and roll into a ball. Let dough rise, then roll out into a 6-7 inch pie. Top with desired garnishes. Fold dough over and crimp edges. Put 4 slits in the crust; bake at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven. Cut the calzone where the slits were made.
