Chicken nuggets get a bad rep for being fried and unhealthy. But these low-fat, kid-pleasing bites will please the kids and save you a trip to the drive-thru!

Dip chicken pieces into yogurt to cover. Roll in crushed stuffing mix. Arrange on wire rack placed on a cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is crispy. Serve with honey, barbecue sauce, ketchup or other favorite dip. (Leftovers also good cold for packing in lunch box or picnic basket.)
