Just a fragrant crock-pot of cheese and sausage, a gooey gluten-free dip. It is perfect for those last minute get togethers.

Cook sausage until brown. Drain off fat. Add velvetta, rotel and cream cheese to sausage. Heat on low/medium heat in saucepan until cheese is melted or put in a crock-pot and cook on low until melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
