To make the chutney, combine the mango, cilantro, onion, vinegar, coulis and cilantro oil. Refrigerate, covered, until needed. Season the fish with salt and pepper; brush with egg wash on one side and coat that side with macadamia nuts. Pan sear, flipping once, until done. Serve nut side up and garnish with chutney.
