An elegant appetizer that can easily be double, tripled or increased even more for a party crowd.
For 1 people
1. Sauté onions, peppers, spinach, ham and mushrooms in garlic butter. Add breadcrumbs and spices.
2. Stuff mixture into oyster shells with oysters.
3. Place in 400-degree oven for 7 minutes.
4. Remove, top with provolone.
5. Bake an additional 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese melts.
6. Drizzle with garlic butter and serve.
