Ingredients
For 2 people
5 pound(s) ground beef
2 1/2 teaspoon(s) mustard seeds
2 1/2 teaspoon(s) peppercorns
1 teaspoon(s) hickory smoke salt
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke
4 ounce(s) water
5 teaspoon(s) quick salt
2 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
Directions
Mix well all the ingredients.
Let stand overnight in "fridge".
Next day: roll into 2 loaves.
Wrap in foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
