You'll never look at burgers the same way once you've had a chance to sample these spicy, wasabi-infused poppers topped with gooey cheddar cheese.
For 4 people
Mix in a large bowl the ground beef, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, and form into 4 patties. Preheat the grill for medium heat. Place patties on the prepared grill, and cook 5 minutes per side or to satisfaction. Spread 1 tablespoon of wasabi on the bottom half, and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on the top half of the bun. Top burgers with a slice of cheese and enjoy!
