Ingredients
For 12 people
16 2/3 ounce(s) loaf of organic honey oat bread, cubed
5 spicy Italian turkey sausage links, browned
1onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup(s) low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
18egg whites
2 cup(s) 2% low-fat milk
1 teaspoon(s) mustard powder
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cube the bread and lay in 8x12 glass Pyrex.
Brown the sausage (out of the casing) and layer on top of bread.
Next layer the onion and then the cheese.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour over the layers of bread, sausage, onions, and cheese.
