It can be hard to find the time to exercise. The motivation to exercise may be even harder to find when you're busy and exhausted from lack of sleep. But without activity, your body, mind and spirit will suffer. There are simple ways to incorporate exercise into your busy schedule, and the best part about it is that all you need is 15 minutes.

There's no rule that says you have to work out continuously for 45 minutes or an hour. Breaking up your workouts into three daily 15-minute increments works just as well. Try getting up 15 minutes earlier than normal and go for a walk. Then on your lunch break, save 15 minutes for a walk before you eat.
