10-Hour Slow-Cooked Beef
Wouldn't it be great if dinner could cook itself? Well, it basically can with this simple recipe. Throw all of the ingredients into the crockpot, and 10 hours later it's done. It really doesn't get any better than this. Here's the beef!
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 pound(s) stewing beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 bouillon cubes, beef flavor
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Put everything in the crock-pot and cook on high for 8 to 10 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
