Apple Berry Morning Meal
This will be one meal you won't be mourning. Serve this delicious breakfast warm and with plenty of yogurt. It's a great way to start the day.
Ingredients
For 9 people
- 4 cup(s) thinly sliced peeled apples
- 2 cup(s) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/8 cup(s) wheat flour, white, all
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 cup(s) Quaker Oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup(s) firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup(s) butter
- 1/8 cup(s) all-purpose flour
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-inch square glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- For filling, combine all ingredients in large bowl; stir until fruit is evenly coated and spoon fruit into baking dish.
- For topping, combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
