Ingredients

- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, sliced into thin sticks
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 15 leaves fresh basil, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup(s) vinegar, distilled

Directions
