Aunt Lucy's Famous Fruit Cake

Ingredients
For 2 people
- 3 cup(s) flour
- 1 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) double-acting baking powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
- 1/2 cup(s) orange juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) molasses
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas -- chunked
- 1 cup(s) cherries
- 453 2/3 grams mixed fruit candied fruit
- 2 cup(s) pecans -- chopped
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except dried fruit, pecans, candied fruit. Beat 3 minutes with mixer on high speed. 2. After mixing well, stir in the remaining ingredients. 3. Line 2 loaf pans with waxed paper and grease well. 4. Pour in mixture and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. 5. Cover with foil last hour to keep from over-browning. Remove from pan and cool completely.
