Baked Ground Beef Loaf

Ingredients
For 8 people
- 2 pound(s) ground beef
- 8 ounce(s) sausage
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cup(s) bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
Directions
Soak bread or cracker crumbs in milk. Mix meat, seasonings, and soaked crumbs thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and mushroom soup. Make meat mixture into loaf and pour the sour cream-soup mixture over top. Bake in crockpot for 10 hours on low.
