- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup(s) milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 2 cup(s) unbleached white flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup(s) chopped nuts
Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs, milk, and oil. Add flour and baking powder and mix well. Stir in sliced bananas and nuts. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot, oiled or buttered griddle and cook until browned.
