Beef & Cheese Ball
This traditional beef and cheese ball is rolled in chopped nuts (pick your favorite), then served in slices. This appetizer melds the flavors of your favorite meat and cheese tray in one mouth-watering bite. Serve with crackers or thinly-sliced baguette.

- 2 pkg. sliced, chopped, chipped beef, cut very thin
- 3/4 cup(s) scallions, chopped (one bunch)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Accent
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 nuts, chopped
Directions
- Cream the cream cheese. Add chipped beef. Add the tops of scallions, Accent and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and roll in nuts. Form into one ball.
