Ingredients
For 1 people
- 12 ounce(s) challah, broken in pieces, soaked in hot water and drained.
- 1 cup(s) sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup(s) golden raisins
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped.
Directions
- Lightly grease a 9 x 11 inch baking dish and pour in mixture. Sprinkle a little sugar, cinnamon and nut mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
