Cheese Fondue
Wine and dine your dinner guests with this retro cheese fondue that's all the rage. Rose wine and kirsch add flavor to rich Gruyere and sharp Cheddar cheeses for a blend of flavors that's sure to satisfy. Serve with cubes of French bread and/or fresh veggies.
Ingredients

- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 1 cup(s) rose wine
- 4 ounce(s) Gruyere cheese
- 8 ounce(s) grated red-veined Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon(s) flour
- 1/8 ounce(s) kirsch
- 1 cubes of sesame-coated French bread
Directions
Combine first four items in fondue pot and heat until melted together. Serve with cubed bread.
