Chicken & Mac & Cheese Casserole
Creamy, cheesy and delicious...everything a casserole should be. It won't take long to make and it will take even less time for this dish to become a family favorite.
Ingredients
For 6 people
- 2 cup(s) uncooked elbow macaroni
- 10 ounce(s) (2 cans) chunk chicken breast
- 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cup(s) milk
- 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 4 ounce(s) (1 can) sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped onion
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine the macaroni, chicken, cheese, milk, soup, mushrooms and onion. Mix together and transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
