Chicken Salad
This healthy chicken salad is chock full of goodies, from grapes to nuts, and is just as delicious served over mixed greens with mandarin slices as it is served in a sandwich.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup(s) grapes, halved
- 1/8 cup(s) pistachios, chopped
- 2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
- 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 2 tablespoon(s) fresh tarragon
- 6 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
