Chili For Ten

Ingredients
For 10 people
- 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 48 ounce(s) coarsely ground beef chuck
- 2 tablespoon(s) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 floz Bacardi dark rum
- 6 ounce(s) tomato paste
- 48 ounce(s) kidney beans (16 oz. each), drained
Directions
- Heat oil in 8-quart pot. Lightly saut onions, garlic. Add meat. Break up and stir until color changes. Add remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add seasoning to taste.
