Chili-Cheese Beans
Chili out! No need to cook to make this delicious recipe. With a side of crunch and a forkful of spice, it is a perfect lunch to give you a boost.
Ingredients
For 8 people
- 16 ounce(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 medium onion ,finely chopped
- 1 large head of lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 3/4 cup(s) can chili beans in sauce, chilled (15 oz.)
- 36 tablespoon(s) (3/4 bottle) Kraft Catalina dressing, chilled
- 1 medium bag Fritos or Dorito taco chips, crushed
Directions
- Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash chilled chili beans to remove the sauce; then drain. Combine beans, tomatoes, cheese, and dressing. Toss gently and allow chilling for at least 1/2 hour. Mix in lettuce and chips just before serving.
