Choose Your Dip Cheese Fondue
This versatile Mexican-style fondue can be served with just about any vessel, from bread and chips to fresh veggies. You won't be able to resist the urge to double dip!
Ingredients
For 1 people
- 1 1/4 cup(s) green chile enchilada sauce
- 3 cup(s) Muenster cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1/3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon(s) water
Directions
- Heat enchilada sauce. Add cheese a little at a time until it melts, stir in chili powder. Combine cornstarch and water, and then add to sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Pour into fondue pot.
