Chunky Pork & Sausage Chili in Crock Pot

Chunky Pork & Sausage Chili in Crock Pot

Ingredients

For 5 people

  • 16 ounce(s) boneless pork country-style ribs, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  • 8 ounce(s) fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 cup(s) chopped celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 8 floz beer
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 dash(es) salt to taste
  • 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in 4 quart slow cooker; mix gently. Cover and cook on “low” heat setting for 8-10 hours until pork is tender.
Ready in 8-10 hours
