- 2 fish, haddock, or similar white fish
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt, table
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) spices, pepper, black
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup(s) mayo
Directions
Salt and pepper fillets and squeeze lemon juice over them. Cover one side with mayonnaise 1/4-inch thick. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
