Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
For 12 people
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 3 tablespoon(s) minced parsley
- 2 tablespoon(s) grated onion
- 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce, divided
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup(s) skim milk
- 1 cup(s) toasted breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoon(s) butter
- 1 cup(s) catsup
- 5 teaspoon(s) vinegar
- 2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
- 5 1/3 floz red wine
- 1 pound(s) beef, ground, 90% lean meat / 10% fat, crumbles, cooked, pan
Directions
1. Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, 1 tsp Worcestershire, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs and butter.
2. Shape into very, very small meatballs.
3. Lightly brown meatballs in the butter until browned on all sides.
4. Put into large serving dish.
5. Put catsup, vinegar, remaining 1 tsp. Worcestershire, mustard and wine in saucepan. Heat and stir until smooth and hot.
6. Pour over hot meatballs. Keep warm in slow cooker or serve hot.
