Corned Beef Waffle
All the flavors of a hot corned beef sandwich prepared on a waffle iron offer a stunning visual effect that's a simple twist on a traditional favorite.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 4 slices white or whole wheat bread
- 4 slices American cheese
- 1 sliced corned beef
- 1 pat of soft butter
- 1 mustard, optional
Directions
For each sandwich, cover bottom slice of bread with a cheese slice, corned beef and second slice of cheese and bread. Spread outside of the sandwich with butter and grill in hot waffle iron until golden brown.
