Creamy Rice Casserole
This is a great starter recipe for those of you who like to "play with your food." Add just about anything you'd like to this dish to make it uniquely yours; meat, veggies, cheese, etc. Use a vegetable-based soup and rice mix to keep it vegetarian.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 7 (one box) Rice A Roni
- 1 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 cup(s) water
- 2 cup(s) (1 container) sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
Directions
Prepare Rice A Roni according to package directions. Add sour cream and soup. Mix well. Place in casserole dish. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 30 minutes.
