Creole Steak

Ingredients
For 1 people
- 1 ribeye steak
- 1 1/2 cup(s) fresh spinach
- 1 strip bacon, diced
- 2 tablespoon(s) diced onion
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
- 5 oysters, depending on size
- 2 ounce(s) blue cheese crumbles
- 2 ounce(s) burgundy mushroom sauce
Directions
Cook steak to desired temperature. Saute spinach, bacon and onion; season with salt and pepper. Spread spinach mix on steak. Place oysters on spinach; sprinkle with blue cheese. Place in oven until cheese browns. Serve with burgundy mushroom sauce.
