Deluxe Quesadilla

Join the club. These deluxe quesadillas are prepared with all the fixins for your favorite club sandwich on a warm tortilla. It makes a great hot lunch or a simple weeknight dinner.


Deluxe Quesadilla

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 8 flour tortillas (8 inches)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices of provolone cheese
  • 8 bacon strips, cooked
  • 1 salsa

Directions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on each tortilla. On four tortillas, layer lettuce, tomatoes, turkey, ham, cheese and bacon; top with remaining tortillas. Cut into quarters. Serve with salsa.
