Ingredients

- 1 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 cup(s) water
- 2 1/4 cup(s) flour
- 1/4 cup(s) nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 3 tablespoon(s) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup(s) raisins
- 1/2 cup(s) walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine sugars and oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add vanilla and egg whites and beat well.
- Stir in water.
- In separate bowl, combine flour, milk, baking soda, and cocoa powder; add to wet ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts.
- Drop by heaping tsp. onto lightly oiled cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from sheets immediately and cool on racks.
