- 1 broccoli, raw
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 mushrooms, white, raw
- 1 celery
- 1 onions
- 1 red cabbage
- 1 tomato
- 1 cheese, mozzarella, whole milk
- 1 pita bread
Directions
- Use any combination of the above raw vegetables. Chop fine and mix with Mozzarella cheese. Place vegetable and cheese mixture inside pita pocket. Microwave 60 seconds until cheese melts and vegetables are warm.
