Fruitful Sangria
Drink up the delicious fruity flavor in this cocktail on a hot summer day. It's refreshing and cool and won't damage your diet!
Ingredients
For 12 people
- 1 cup(s) orange juice
- 4 floz Cointreau
- 1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
- 64 floz sweet red or rose wine
- 28 floz bottle diet club soda, cold
- 1 pint strawberries, washed and cleaned
- 2 peaches or apricots
- 1 cup(s) seedless grapes
- 1 cup(s) melon balls
- 1 oranges
- 1 lime or lemon
Directions
Combine orange juice, cointreau or curacao and lime or lemon juice in a pitcher. Stir. Add wine. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Before serving, pour wine mixture into a punch bowl, add club soda. Slice strawberries and peaches into bowl, add grapes and melon balls. Halve orange and lime/lemon, thinly slice and add to bowl. Add ice. Serve with ladle.
