Golden Pork Chops

Pork chops marinaded in teriyaki with fresh cilantro may be a simple dish to prepare, but it is a perfect protein for just about any holiday or gathering - and it's a great dish for a busy school night meal.


Golden Pork Chops

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 4 pork chops
  • 6 tablespoon(s) teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) molasses
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Sprinkle pork chops with a little salt. Whisk together teriyaki sauce, cilantro and molasses. Oil grill rack, grill pork chops and baste while grilling. Cook through, 5 to 6 minutes. Serve.
